We offer the complete package; beginning with lot selection or house plans. While we have in-house design capabilities, we most often work with outside design professionals. Our new home projects range from $750,000 to over $5 million. Our remodeling projects span from bath and kitchen renovations to complete home remodels.
We approach each job as professionals. We strive to quote each project on an expected outcome; rather than an unrealistic proposal. We have a breadth of knowledge and creative problem-solving that is tough to match. We are proactive in the decision-making process and guide our clients to create an enjoyable experience.

Jones & Jones Premier Builders was selected by the readers of Lake Oconee Living Magazine as the Best Builder in the Lake Oconee market for the year 2010. We feel this award speaks volumes about or commitment to customer satisfaction.
We were also the proud recipient of the 2010 Builder of the Year award for homes over 7,000 square feet from the Lake Oconee Area Builders Association. This award is based on actual site visits from construction and design professionals and is a testament to the high quality standards to which we build.
